I will be doing my internship in L.A. for the fall semester and need someone to take over my lease during that time as paying to rents would be very expensive. The apartment is $455/month and includes and electricity package, water, cable, internet. The complex has a pool and gym. You get your own room and bathroom and each room has its on lock with a shared living and kitchen space only.
its at University Village on crossing place in riverside and there will be 3 other roomates but again you will have your own room and bathrcoom with a lock!
