I'm a male grad student looking for a roommate to share a furnished 2/2 condo in West Campus. The room has a double bed, desk, wood dresser, ceiling fan, and closet. Its 10x13. Private Bathroom is adjacent. The living room is fully furnish and kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. Perfect for someone coming to UT without a lot of extra stuff. The condo is approximately 1/2 mile from UT (12 min walk, 1 block from shuttle stop, or 5 min bike ride) in the heart of west campus. The complex has only 10 units so it is very quiet. A reserved parking space is also included so you won't have to worry about finding street parking. Washer/dryer is in unit.

I prefer other grad students or serious undergrads, non-smokers only. It doesn't matter whether male or female. I am clean and laid back. As long as rent is paid on time, we'll get along great. The room will be available as early as July 15. Perfect for Aug 1 move-in as well. Open to negotiate move in date if you need something later. Rent will be 725/month.
