I'm trying to sublease my single bedroom apartment in Northwest Austin, on Duval and Mopac. I need to sublease it in Spring 2009, so it is available from late December through May, but I can make it available earlier or extend the lease later through June if you need it. The lease will be transferred directly into your name, so I would need someone who can show proof of income (at least three times the rent, which is $635/month) to the apartment complex. I will split the $35 application fee with you. It's a real quiet neighborhood, mostly of people who work in the area.

It's in north Austin, REALLY close to the the Arboretum, Domain and National Instruments (Seriously, the Domain is right across the street). Includes washer, dryer, couch, desk and bed (with mattress), a small TV stand and a small TV. This is not a studio apartment - it is a one bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and walk-in closet. If you need anything else, that can probably be arranged.
