Looking for a place for Fall 2008

I'm a senior who will be graduating in December 2008 and need a place for just the fall (Aug - Dec). I'm very neat and flexible and don't care about the distance to campus. I can take either a sublease or fill in an extra roommate spot. The max price I'm willing to pay is $650, and I'll need a parking space.
