The room that is for rent has its own front door entrance and is off the side of the house. So, you will have as much privacy as you need. There is enough room for a couch and bed in the room. The bathroom and kitchen a will be shared. However, we will have shelves in each of these spaces specifically for your things.
The home is in a great neighborhood just east of Airport and IH35. It is walking distance to Hyde Park, coffee shops the new Children's hospital (tons of shopping there) a great new park, and lots of great restaurants. I love all of my neighbors and we all look out for each other. We have a huge back yard and a medium size dog (very sweet) that lives outside. We are looking for someone to move in on or before June 1st (6-month lease or 3-month lease).

Since I am a guy, I am looking for 3 other male roommates. It is understandable to come home to a clean apt instead of a mess your roommate left because their to lazy to pick up after themselves. This is what I am looking to avoid.
As far as my personality goes, I do go out in Austin and don't mind the company now and then. Since I do work on a very busy schedule so I am looking for roommates who also are quiet as well. Since the apt complex is mostly for college students, its nice to have a quiet place to study and work in. I do like exploring and going out and having fun when I have the chance. I am always trying new restaurants so if your interested in exploring new restaurants in Austin, then we would get along great. I usually eat out about once or twice a week.
