looking for 3 male roommates for summer and next year

I am a college student looking for other college students who plan on living in Austin over the summer and will be going to UT or any college in Austin next year.

Since I am a guy, I am looking for 3 other male roommates. I am open to straight and gay roommates, as long as they are very clean, well mannered, respect other people's boundaries, rules, don't smoke or drink. It is understandable to come home to a clean apt instead of a mess your roommate left because their to lazy to pick up after themselves. This is what I am looking to avoid.

As far as my personality goes, I do go out in Austin and don't mind the company now and then. Since I do work on a very busy schedule so I am looking for roommates who also are quiet as well. Since the apt complex is mostly for college students, its nice to have a quiet place to study and work in. I do like exploring and going out and having fun when I have the chance. I am always trying new restaurants so if your interested in exploring new restaurants in Austin, then we would get along great. I usually eat out about once or twice a week.

The reason for my posting is because the roommates I currently have will be moving out in late May early June and I am looking to make sure that I have good roommates for upcoming year. Each room is based on individual leases with all utilities included in the rent. Internet is provided along with cable and massage service. Tutoring is also provided for students. I really wanted to make sure that the who I live with will be a good match so I would be interested in talking with you on the phone more about preferences and such you might have. I am pretty open to other roommates and what they are looking for but when it comes to cleanliness, that is what I want to make sure about.
