Great furnished apt for great roommates

Hello,

I am looking for new male roommates for the upcoming summer and school year (08-09). The current roommates that I have are all leaving and I am looking to make sure that I get good roommates for the year. There will be three rooms opening up. If interested, I will be able to get you in contact with the leasing agents for the apt.

The apt is fully furnished, each room is individually leased, all bills are included in the rent along with various amenities provided by the apt complex itself. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room as well. Free internet and cable provided.

The apt is catered to college students with on-site tutoring provided, free massages, sports facilites, pools, tennis, golf and tanning room. The apt complex is also located on two different UT shuttle rountes along with a capmetro stop.

I am just looking for roommates that are very clean, pick up after themselves, respect other people's boundaries and are college students themselves.
