i have a free bedroom and bathroom in a 2/2 that i lease in the block at leon. rent for the apt is $1650, so normally your half would be $825. but i'm looking for someone who would like to act as my personal assistant in exchange for a big discount on rent. how big depends on how much time you spend per month, but something like $200/month or even free is probably reasonable.
about me: i'm a 32m doctor. i work a crazy schedule, and the last thing i want to do on my days off is laundry, go to the post office, etc. i'm really chill, travel a lot, like to play sports, enjoy the outdoors, bars, restaurants, etc...
more about the place: http://www.theblockoncampus.com/blockleon.htm (click on B1 to see the floorplan and amenities). it faces a courtyard which is actually pretty quiet most of the time, especially during the summer. you will have the bedroom and bathroom that has the tub (vs the stand up shower). parking is an extra $95, but parking in west campus during the summer is not difficult. it's mostly young ut students that live there, i moved here from out of town and didn't quite realize, but it's still a nice place. pets are ok, but you would need to put down a deposit and they would have to be quiet.
about the job: i need somebody to run errands such as going to the post office, making phone calls, laundry, taking my car to change the oil/get it washed, sorting mail, shopping for presents for my family/friends, keep the apt clean, cooking or buying some meals for the week, etc.
