Current UT student seeking female roommate (non-smoker), preferably student for a Fall 2008-Spring 2009 lease. The apt is located at The Triangle apt complex! It is a large 2-2 with wood floors, brand new appliances, huge walk-in closet, large window view, mirrored dining and crown molding! You would have your own huge room and bathroom with garden tub (shoer and large bathtub) The A-building has the biggest pool, gas grills, hot tub and fire pit. The Triangle is a beautiful new apt complex with a 24-hr fitness center, computer lab, rentable offices, and brand new boutiques and restaurants such as the flying saucer and Runtex. You would be living in luxury with plenty of eye candy near the pool ;). Also, I love to cook!
