We're looking for someone to fill the last bedroom in a 4-bed/2-bath house, though we're flexible depending on which room you'd be interested in-
-either a medium sized room for $525/mo +utilities
-OR a smaller room for $450/mo +utilities
-between cable/internet/utilities we estimate $60-$70/mo each
-for a 10-month lease, August through the end of May.
Location
W 35th St off of Guadalupe, close to UT's campus, multiple bus lines, restaurants and stores (like Amy's Ice Cream and Wheatsville Co-op)
House
The house has washer/dryer and CA/CH, as well as great front deck, smaller back deck and side screened porch. Recent updates include new kitchen cabinets, new stove and microwave, as well as new bathroom fixtures. House has hardwood floors and plenty of storage space.
