I have deposit on apartment at Quarters and need a room mate for 2nd bedroom. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Washer and dryer are provided and parking is included. Quarters is in West Campus--walking distance to UT campus. Rent would be $700 for each of us. I will be a senior at UT, majoring in social work. I am female and nonsmoker. Need to know ASAP. :)
