I have a house on west campus (San Pedro and 28th street) a short walk from UT. I'm looking for one or two roommates. The house is very cute with a front porch, big back porch, huge backyard with a cabana with a hot tub and workout area in it. Free parking is available. The house also has a washer and dryer. I would like an easy going roommate that likes to have fun but is focused on grades. Rent is very reasonable.
