We're two guys looking for one guy (or girl haha) that will room with us. One of our roommates that was suppose to room with us backed out on us and we need someone to replace him. It is a 12 month lease or at lease until the end of the spring semester. If you're seriously interested you'll need to sign the lease and put in a $600 deposit to my realtor no later than Friday. We're looking for someone that is outgoing with a work hard, play hard type of personality. Being into athletics/sports is a plus. But hell we'll take anyone. I'm a sophomore majoring in Engineering, my friend is in Natural Sciences. We study together and party together. Grades always comes first.

The house is getting upgraded and touched up to perfection right now. You can visit the house anytime if you are in Austin. There are workers that are there all week that will show you around. New windows, paint, etc. You'll love it!
