I am a 28 yo female moving to Austin to start grad school at UT. I found a great deal on a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in downtown Austin and I'm looking for a roommate to share it with me.
The Apartment:
It's a beautiful, brand new complex with a gym, pool, covered parking, wireless internet in the courtyard. The apartment has two full bathrooms, walk in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a balcony. It's 1187 sq. ft.
The location doesn't get much better -- location at 5 & N. Lamar is convenient to downtown, buses, UT, Whole Foods, Town Lake, etc.
