I have 2 private rooms with shared bath available for rent in a 2 year old fully furnished 2400 sq ft 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a fenced backyard in north east austin pioneer crossing subdivision about 15 to 20 mins from UT campus and 6th street. There are many UT students that live in the area..
Rent will be $475 a month plus 1/4 of the utilities..water, trash, electric, gas, direct TV, wireless internet. The house is fully furnished with everything washer & dryer,fire place, beds, tables, dressers, kitchen stuff, TV's, phones,bbq grill etc... You are welcome to bring your own furniture and we will remove the furnished stuff.. There is also a community POOL. I am looking for fun and outgoing women or men that will not only be roommates but be friends.. please no drug users or illegal activities.. I am a laid back guy with a super sweet english bulldog names patches ...
