I'm currently looking for a roommate. I already have the apartment reserved in west campus at Somerset for the upcoming school year. I will also be paying the first month's entire rent which will be for the month of September. The apartment is a 2x2, so you will get your own bedroom and bathroom. The rent is $550 which is not including utilities. The room comes with a free parking space in its designated parking lot. The entire apartment is tiled and quite spacious. The unit comes with a washer and dryer in unit. It is walking distance to UT campus, and also is located right next to the UT shuttle stop and also the E Bus stop. The person who would be residing there with you is a female nonsmoker, quite clean and friendly. She likes to have a good time but also studies when necessary. She will be a junior this fall.
