I’m looking for a young professional roommate to share my 2200 sq ft. 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home. I am offering a 6 month lease with a mutual option to renew at $550 per month. The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Now about me, I work from home doing animation. I’m a very laid back person and get along with everyone. I have a Lab mix. Her name is Callie. She rarely barks, gets along with everyone! She is a very well mannered medium sized dog. I play tennis, hang out with friends, watch TV, surf the internet in my free time.

Deposit is one month’s rent, $550. Rent is due a month in advance as well so move-in cost will be $1100 and first month’s rent won’t be due for 30 days. Includes: Washer and dryer, cable TV, wireless High-speed internet, TVs in living areas, dishwasher, large refrigerator,and BBQ Grill. There are 3 living room areas. So you will have your own space:) My roommate and I tend to stay in out rooms alot, but we do get together for dinner and hangout from time to time!

No smoking in the house but don’t mind outside smokers. This is not a party house. The common areas need to stay clean, and if we all do our fair share and clean as we go everyone will be happy. Bills Average Total: about $100-150(in the summer) per person *roommates will each pay a third of the exact amount of total bills regardless of occupancy, so if third roommate leaves, your bills won’t go up.
