People who have seen it can't get over how big it is. The room is one in an amazing, 4 bedroom, 2 bath located in Eastwoods Park (close to Hyde Park.) It has tons of windows throughout and looks out onto the park. The cross streets are Bellevue and Harris Park. You can easily walk to local coffee shops and restaurants as well.
The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated and a central A/C was installed less than a year ago. There are wood floors and tiling throughout. There are also new appliances in the house. The house has a formal living room and dining room. There is also a small sun room off of the kitchen. Several professors originally lived in the house and the Vice Chancellor of the UT System lived in the house for years. This is great for a student in the law, music, or engineering schools. It takes 5 minutes to walk door to door to the law school.
