UT Student seeking to sublease his room (1bed/1bath) for the summer term (may - mid august). I have an internship out of the state and am looking for someone to fill the vacancy for the period specified. The apartment is in the Ballpark Apartment complex. The other three rooms are occupied by three male students. The rent is $345.
