I am looking for someone to sublease from me for this summer from mid-May to the beginning of August (Move in day is negotiable) in Delphi Apartments, at 24th and Rio Grande.

Great location, it's one of the closet apartment complex on 24th, only 5 min to school, 10 mins to Downtown.

The apartment is a two bedroom and two bathroom.

The living room is furnished with table, chairs, a futon. You can also have my TV and PS2 during the leasing time for your own entertainment.

I'm paying $625 and willing to let you lease for $500; you can't get cheaper than this without taking a bus to Campus!!!!

Since I'll be leaving Austin during summer, rent are prorated for the time you will stay and due up front.
