I'm looking for someone to sublease my room to 08/2008 - 07/2009 ASAP!!! It's a great room located at Texan Shoal Creek Apartments. It's about 5 min walk to campus!!! It's only $640/month + water & electricity (about $40, could be less but that depends on you). It's a 2 bedroom apartment, but you will have your own bedroom & bathroom unless you want to share with someone. Two of my friends are sharing a room, but they are nice, cool guys who get along with everyone and they will not bother you. If you find someone to share the room with then its only $400/month + W&E. Free Cable and internet, Washer & Dryer, Walk in closet, Full bathroom attached, & window included!!!
