My roommates and I signed a lease for this place, but our plans have changed, and rather than lose all of our deposits and pay a termination fee, we would rather sublease it for the entire year.

You won't find a better deal on a 4 bedroom in West Campus. This is competitive pricing for a 3 bedroom. The reason is because the 4th bedroom is a little bit smaller than the rest, but for this price, you have the choice of using the 4th bedroom as a bedroom and paying as low as $499 PER MONTH FOR YOUR OWN ROOM IN WEST CAMPUS or whatever you'd like (practice with your band, tv room, etc.)

This is a 4 bedroom apartment in the heart of west campus. It is located at the SW corner of San Gabriel and 26th St. The downstairs consists of a kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, lving room, and a sizable bedroom downstairs with a bathroom. There are 2 good-sized bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, and 1 bathroom upstairs. The downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms each have a private balcony. The living room also has a balcony. Like I said, this is very good pricing for this place, but seeing as our situation, we are trying to lease this ASAP before move-in.
