The Content Management Administrator will manage parts catalogue data hosted in company's global electronic marketplace. This individual will have data management, data reporting and data extraction responsibilities for companies international clientele. Our clientele is comprised of leading companies in the aviation supply chain.

The Candidate
Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational and verbal and written communication skills, as well as being self-motivated. Must be able to perform as a team member and communicate effectively with management at all levels, technical personnel and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The IT Data Manager will be expected to:

• Review customer data files for accuracy and identify content errors
• Run transformation programs
• Load customer data files to support the various products
• Assist customers with problems relating to data files, data templates and catalogue content
• Perform early morning monitoring of supplier links on Aeroxchange website


Minimum Requirements:
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience with Excel “functions”
• Strong organization skills
• Team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of UltraEdit
• Basic level programming skills (Perl, Shell Scripting)
