UT Student Columnists Needed for Daily Texan

Attention UT Students:

The Daily Texan is currently holding try-outs for our columnist posistions. If you have something to say and you know how to say it clearly and effectively, the Texan wants you. We are looking for Five senior columnists to write once weekly and ten columnists to write once every other week. Compensation is $12 per story and it looks great on a resume. For more information come to the Texan office to pick up an application(located in the basement of the Communications Building) or e-mail J.J. Hermes at editor@dailytexanonline.com. Try-outs end on February 1st, so don't delay.
